As an ATHP, what if the new billing system tries to bill me for an incorrect amount? Will there be anything in place that will allow me to dispute the charges?
Yes of course! We realize that automating the monthly ATHP billing process may from time to time lead to improper billing and have built a mechanism into the new billing system that will allow you to dispute illegitimate charges - subject to our review.
